[openlp-dev] Projector API for remote

I've been looking at adding basic projector controls to the remote app.

Basic functionality to add:
- Get a list of current projectors

- Select projector

- Show projector information
-  -  OLP Name (specified when creating in projector manager)
-  -  Projector connection status (connected/not connected)
-  -  Projector name (From projector) (1)
-  -  Projector model (From projector) (1)
-  -  Projector error status (No errors/errors detected) (1)
-  -  Current power state (wamup/on/cooldown/standby/off) (1)
-  -  Current shutter status (open/closed) (1)
-  -  Current video source selected (1)

- Command projector
-  -  Connect to / Disconnect from projector
-  -  Set power on / off (1) (2)
-  -  Set shutter open / closed (1)
-  -  Select input source (varies with projector) (1)

(1) Only available if projector connected and communicating
(2) Some projectors will take a power-off command to mean standby
