[openlp-dev] Showing verse order in presentation screen

Hi David,

no, what I was suggesting refers to Songs, it is about displaying the
verse order like "V1 C1 V2 C1" on the presentation screen.

I'm not sure if the additional "Header" section would have any benefits
for other plugins like Bible.
