[openlp-dev] QtWebEngine and Reveal.js

I love Reveal.js and have had good experiences with it.  My main concern is
how to handle the dependency on it;  meaning, are we just going to carry
around a fork of Reveal.js in our tree?  Last I checked, it's not packaged
for any system.
