[openlp-dev] QtWebEngine video Support

Hi again,

We've been chatting a little in IRC about which formats the <video> tag 
in QtWebEngine might support. I've gone and put a test together with a 
bunch of different video formats. Download and run 
https://get.openlp.org/webengine/test.py and let me know which videos do 
and don't work. Don't worry about the quality, I just let ffmpeg decide 
which was the best.

Here's the list of videos, so just type "yes" or "no" next to each one 
when you reply.
