[openlp-dev] QtWebEngine video Support

I get a traceback on Ubuntu 16.10:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "Desktop/test.py", line 1, in <module>
    from PyQt5 import QtCore, QtWidgets, QtWebEngineWidgets
ImportError: cannot import name 'QtWebEngineWidgets'

Apparently its not packaged on Ubuntu, but I think you guys knew that!
