[openlp-dev] Trunk revision 2764 backwards compatibility

My changes, merged in to trunk at revision 2764 (
https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openlp-core/openlp/trunk/revision/2764), made
changes to the way paths are stored in settings.

They are now stored as strings of encoded json data. See
https://wiki.openlp.org/Scratchpad:Paths#Saving_Paths for more details.

This now means that running trunk revision 2764 will upgrade your settings
making it incompattable with earlier revisions. If you wish to run earlier
versions please make a copy of your settings, or run OpenLP in portable
mode (with the '-p' arg).
