[openlp-dev] Re-arranging Settings

Hey folks,

Over the last number of years our settings dialog has grown organically. 
As with any organic growth, it has become a little haphazard and 
cluttered. In reviving an old branch of mine, I had to add another 
setting and realised that we really need to revisit the groupings and 
labelling of our settings.

I've attached the settings for the "General" and "Advanced" pages. I 
think these two need to be rearranged, and some settings on the 
"Advanced" page really need to go to the "General" page. If you have 
some time, take a look at the two and tell me what you think can be done 
to improve our settings.
