[openlp-dev] PyCharm Licenses

Hi everyone,

It's the time of the year when I try to get another set of licenses for 
PyCharm. I've requested 10 licenses, but the people at JetBrains want me 
to send them an exact list of active committers (otherwise they won't 
give us any licenses). An active committer is someone who contributes to 
OpenLP at least once per month.

If you want a license, you'll need to commit code and push it up to 
Launchpad at least once per month (otherwise JetBrains won't give me any 
licenses).

So, who wants a license?
