[openlp-dev] Error in Attempt to "Compile" the Doc Files

I ran *make* on the existing documentation files. It generated this output:

loading pickled environment... failed: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/root/openlp-docs/trunk/manual/build/doctrees/*environment.pickle*'

Theme error:
no theme named '*sphinx_rtd_theme*' found (missing theme.conf?)
Makefile:34: recipe for target 'html' failed
make: *** [html] Error 1


So there seem to be some missing files from the download by:
bzr checkout lp:openlp/documentation ~/openlp-docs/trunk
