Apparently, only admins can add new users. All boards are visible to me,
but only iOS Remote I can add new members. All the other boards I can't
enter or add new members. Can it be changed on Wekan settings?

Admins can change the role of the members.

Raoul, Tim and Thomas, I added you as admin of iOS board.
