Just to be clear. I will not be removing the functionality to package all
files as a complete service, this will remain and will be backwards
compatible.

What I am proposing is that we add a separate more specific menu item for
it (something like "File->Package Service File"), and then default the
'save service' would save the 'lite version'. OpenLP would notify the user
when saving a new service "If you wish to include all files such as images,
media files and presentations please choose 'Package service file's from
the file menu."
