[openlp-dev] Newbie question: rebuild Windows OpenLP 2.4 with minor patch

Hi Donald.

Welcome! Presentations should work if you have a proper environment set up,
but as you say you haven't....

All the active devs are primarily Linux here. We do have a Windows ci
server, which I believe do the installer builds, but I'm not sure if it's
working right now.... It's probably best to pay a visit to our IRC channel
#openlp on freenode and chat with tgc.
