[openlp-dev] Splash screens and logo screens

Hey,

I also never really found the default image useful. And I like Chris
suggestion to remove it.

Regarding splash screen: I would at least prefer if they splash screen
could be dislabed via config. Or, we could consider to keep the option
if we just remove the default image...
