[openlp-dev] Splash screens and logo screens

I think that default image is useful for some users, but maybe his name is not the ideal. Some churches can use your church logo with this functionality and put it in screen instead the blank screen as an another option to choose (we can name it as “Logo screen”, as Raoul said).

I vote for:
1. Remove the option to hide splash screen: as Bill said, splash screen is quite technical term. And as Phill said, we can use splash screen for show that OpenLP is loading using a spinner, labels (loading core, loading etc…);
2. Rename “Default image” to “Logo image”;
3. Add the ability to “Show logo screen”.
